After twenty years in consumer electronics, I moved into the recruitment industry, where I worked for ten years on a number of large corporate accounts, covering the full 360 degree operation of consultancy, account management and business development.

Now a fully self-employed National Recruitment franchisee, I run a successful, niche recruitment business that stands apart from the churn-and-burn approach of the typical Sydney recruitment agency. Unlike other agencies, I have no interest in building an unmanageable, unsustainable list of clients. Instead, I aim to provide outstanding personalised recruitment services to a small, but highly-valued client base.

After three years of honing my skills in the UK, I moved to Sydney, where I shifted my focus towards .net and advanced web development. After six years in Sydney, I decided to take the next step in my career and enter the realm of self employment.
